Description
The engagement of the Independent Certifier is a joint appointment by the Territory and the NCA. The Independent Certifier will primarily accountable and acting at the direction of the NCA and will have a significant role in relation to the successful acceptance of the project by providing assurance that the Project has been delivered by MPC and ACI (as applicable) in accordance with the Works Approval and Construction Construct (as applicable).
