Supply and Provision of QEII J-K Linkway Façade Remediation

Remediation to building western, façade J-K link following removal of louvres, Level 1, Level 2 and Roof level. • Scope includes removal of embedded steel fixings mostly corroded badly, removal of cracked windowsill at L2 and L2 and replacement with a more durable compound. • Removal of areas where the façade has deteriorated due to corrosion of reinforcing and fixings and replacement with a more durable compound. • Where steel items removed, repair with epoxy-based materials and leave ready for final finish. • On completion of repairs supply and install a suitable paint to the exposed areas to weather seal and provide a uniform finish to exposed elements. • Provide scaffold to allow safe access to façade and all secure fencing to create an exclusion zone for the works. • Provide all labour and plant to remove, and repair as required, provide waste bin for disposal of debris created.
