Development, Implementation and Facilitation of Training to a Panel of Independent Evaluators

The Commission requires the services of an external training provider/ consultant, for the development and implementation of two (2) training packages. The Commission may require the continual development and revision of any training materials over the life of the contract.

1. INFORMATION FORUM ON THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORK FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS
   The focus of this forum is to provide awareness of the Quality Management Framework to people with disabilities, their families and carers. The forum will also be used as an opportunity to recruit suitable people to apply for a position as an Independent Evaluator (Consumer)
   
2. TRAINING WORKSHOPS FOR THE PANEL CONTRACT OF INDEPENDENT EVALUATORS FOR THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORK
   The successful Respondent will facilitate action learning workshops for the members of the Panel Contract of Independent Evaluators on how to evaluate service providers of disability services against the outcomes of the Quality Management Framework and the Disabilities Services Standards.
