Former State Battery Sites: Essential Safety Work

The Gold Corporation (Corporation) invites you to provide a formal quotation (Proposal) for the supply of Essential Safety Work (Services) at the following former State Battery sites:

• Black Range-Sandstone, Cue, Meekatharra, Wiluna (‘Northern Sites’)
• Linden, Laverton, Yarri (‘Central Sites’)
• Kalgoorlie, Marvel Loch, and Norseman (‘Southern Sites’)

The sites have been grouped into Northern, Central and Southern sites.

The Suppliers (Suppliers) are invited to bid on all Battery sites; however, this is not mandatory. The Corporation welcomes proposals for only Central sites, only Northern sites and only Southern sites.

Suppliers cannot choose individual sites from grouping, for example, Suppliers cannot provide a proposal for Meekatharra and Cue without also including Wiluna and Black Range Sandstone.

Failure to comply with this requirement will result in your Proposal being set aside from further consideration.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO SUPPLIERS: PLEASE REFER TO CLAUSE 2.3 FOR DETAILS ON THE REQUIREMENT TO RETURN CONFIDENTIALITY DEEDS WHICH IS A PRE-REQUISITE FOR RECEIVING THE FULL SPECIFICATIONS.
