Description
The Department of Training and Workforce Development has a requirement for the successful Respondent to administer the annual State Student Satisfaction Survey of current Vocational Education and Training (VET) students in Western Australia for an initial term of two (2) years with two (2) one year extension options. This survey is a key component of system level evaluation and improvement processes for State Training Providers (STPs). It is the responsibility of the successful Respondent to ensure that the appropriate sample size and level of reliability is achieved to satisfy statutory reporting requirements.
