Eildon Wastewater Management Facility Tertiary Upgrade

All GVW Contractors who tender for work with a total of 100k or more will be required to have a third party certified safety system eg AS/NZS 4801:2001

The scope of this contract comprises the detailed design, supply, construction/Installation, testing and commissioning of a DAFF (Dissolved Air Floatation and Filtration) unit at the Eildon Waste Management Facility to replace the existing DAF (Dissolved Air Floatation) unit including all associated works as shown on the functional design drawings and described in the report and specification. The existing DAF unit is to be decommissioned and the redundant works to be removed as part of this contract.

Inspection of Site:

The proposed virtual meeting will be recorded to allow those Tenderers who are unable to attend the meeting live, to have an opportunity to download the meeting later and review at their own pace. This will satisfy the mandatory criteria.

No mandatory physical site inspection will be scheduled. Instead a video of the site and a 3D scan will be made available to all prospective bidders. PDF and AutoCAD drawings of the feature and level survey are included in the tender documentation. A mandatory virtual meeting will be held on Wednesday 20th May 2020 using Microsoft Teams software.
