Description
Oak Valley Community, South Australia 170 km North West of Maralinga, in the Maralinga Tjarutja Lands. New 3 bay masonry powerhouse (plus control room and store) approximately 160m² including concrete floor slab with generator pads and all building services. Site works include pavement around the building, radiator slab and bunded waste, tank slabs and pit toilet approximately 125m² in area. Generators, controls, solar array and bulk site works are being tendered separately.
