Details
Description
Navy Minor Project (NMP) 1989 seeks to develop a software tool that will enable surface ships and their sustainment organisations to better utilise sustainment and operational datasets to identify, prioritise and investigate equipment infringements related to operating specifications.

This is intended to produce better decision making for the planning of maintenance and the assessment of ship platform systems and equipment.
The Contractor will manage, design, develop and install the software tool (Navy Platform Telemetry Analysis System) in accordance Description of Requirement (DOR) within the Through Life Shore Facility (TLSF) located at Fleet Base East. A System will also be developed and trialled upon a selected ship platform to analyse and monitor real time data from the ship Control and Monitoring (C&M) system to provide greater awareness of equipment performance for ship operators.
