Description
The project will include a core skills assessment; a national audit of training materials and develop or adapt learning and assessment (including Recognition of Current Competence) materials to fill identified gaps for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander HACC workforce in the Northern Territory. The Department’s overarching aim is to develop a strategic national approach to workforce development for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people employed in HACC services.
