Tender for Design Services for the Department of Social Services National Office Accommodation Fit-out Project

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified entities to undertake the role of Design Services Consultant for certain Services on the basis described in the Tender Documents.
The Department of Social Services is proposing to fit-out a new building with an NLA of approximately 30,400m2. A Design Services Consultant is sought to translate the Department’s vision and objectives into the built form. At the time of issuing the Tender Documents, the Services include the following:
• Validation of the Fit-out Return Brief;
• Review of the Developers Base Building Design Documents;
• Delivery of the Fit-out Works Concept Design;
• Review of the Developer’s Integrated Works Brief;
• Submission of 50% Design Documents for Integrated Works;
• Submission of 90% Design Documents for Integrated Works;
• Submission of For Tender Design Documents for Integrated Works; and
• Submission of Final Design Documents for Integrated Works.
At the time of issuing the Tender Documents the Services are anticipated to commence in August with completion on or before October 2016.
