REQUEST FOR FEE PROPOSAL (RFF): AQ 040/2024 CIW14 Principal Design Team - QPAC Theatre Seating Renewal - Theatre Project

The State of Queensland represented by the Department of Treaty, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships, Communities and the Arts acting through Arts Queensland (the Client) is seeking Offers from Project Specific PQC Eligible Tenderers (minimum PQC Level 2) for the provision of Principal Design Team (PDT) Consultancy Services for the QPAC Theatre Seating Renewal Project (the Project).

Specifically, the Client seeks to engage an Architectural firm that will establish and lead a Principal Design Team (PDT). The Architectural firm will provide services:

• Directly, as Architect and Principal Design Consultant for the Project, and
• Indirectly, by the engagement of all necessary secondary and specialist design consultants required to complete the scope of work.

The detailed Terms of Reference are provided in Schedules A to B of the RFF.

IMPORTANT PREREQUISITES: The following applies to this RFF:

• Attendance to Mandatory Industry Briefing and Site Inspection .
• Project Specific PQC Eligibility. Offeror must be listed in the Project specific ‘Eligible Tenderer List’ .
