CN-23401 Contract Management Software

The Queensland Train Manufacturing Program (QTMP) has an extensive suite of contractual documents that details the State's obligations regarding its Supplier contracts related to the Program.
The QTMP team is seeking to procure contract management software solution to house, view and manage the extensive contractual documentation for the program, and that will enable commercial and contract information within the contract/s to be current and readily searchable.
The scope of this procurement activity includes:

• A commercial contract management software solution, which allows authorised users to house, access and manage single-point-of-truth copies of QTMP contractual documents.
• A solution that meets the requirements out-of-the-box, or with minimal configuration.
• Associated implementation support, user training and technical and user support for the solution.
• Use of the solution by 8 users within the QTMP team.

The following is out-of-scope:

• Bespoke, custom-built solutions.
• Enterprise-wide contract lifecycle management systems.
