Peel Health Campus, Building Management System Replacement

The Peel Health Campus (PHC) was constructed in 1997 and is a single storey, multi-tenanted Hospital located at 110 Lakes Rd, Mandurah, Western Australia.

The existing Building Management System is due for lifecycle replacement inclusive of the backbone network, controllers and sensor hardware relating mainly to the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning System.

The controllers and operating system is no longer supported and the operating system software provides very limited information to optimise the economic running of building services.

The upgraded Building Management System (BMS) will reside on a new Ethernet based Building Services Network (BSN) communications backbone and shall be capable of seamlessly integrating with other building services control systems via direct connection or shared IP based residency on the BSN.

The intention of this scope of works is to replace the existing field DDC controllers responsible for the control of air handling units with an Ethernet based building management system. It is intended to retain the existing field devices (sensors, actuators, panels and the like) and associated cabling.

Only products that are based on hardware and software supported by multiple vendors in the Perth WA area will be accepted. Products that are exclusively available from a single vendor will not be considered.
