Description
Provision of freight services for Stanwell Corporation Limited (‘SCL’) as described below:
(a) The Contractor shall provide:
(i) Allowance for Freight services to and from SCL Sites and Offices,
(ii) Allowance for Freight services both inter and intrastate both to and from SCL Sites and Offices and its suppliers,
(iii) Allowance for Freight services internationally both to and from SCL Sites and Offices and its suppliers; and
(iv) Allowance for an Internal Mail Service to and from SCL Sites and Offices
(b) The Contractor shall perform all those activities and functions necessary to ensure delivery of the above listed elements which includes but is not limited to:
(i) Co-ordinate freight activities;
(ii) Pick up and delivery services from/to SCL Sites/Offices and suppliers;
(iii) Manage lost and damaged goods process;
(iv) Provide reports; and
(v) identify cost saving or improved opportunities.
The duration of this contract will be three (3) years with the Principal having the option for extension of the contract by a further two (2), one (1) year periods, provided there is a mutual agreement between both parties to extend the contract.
