Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Business Case Advisor for Business Transformation

The Business Transformation (BT) Team is seeking to engage an ICT Business Case Advisor working collaboratively with the Public Transport Authority (PTA) and key stakeholders to develop a Business Case in accordance with the Department of Treasury?s Strategic Asset Management Framework (SAMF). The Business Case will be crucial in obtaining funding to implement a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and the supporting operating model. With an enterprise architecture review revealing 65 applications across in-scope functional areas, the BT Program and ERP system will be pivotal in moving PTA towards operating faster, simpler, better and providing insights to manage operations more effectively as well as supporting ?The Digital Strategy for the WA Government?. This role demands a strategic approach to developing a comprehensive Business Case that supports the transformation of PTA into a modern, insights-driven organisation, aligning with our vision for world-class public transport services.
