Provision of a Project and Portfolio Management Solution

The Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation, and Safety (DEMIRS) requires a Project Portfolio Management solution (PPM) and is seeking offers for a solution that is flexible, user-friendly, and intuitive, along with associated implementation, training, and ongoing support services. A PPM package is a software/ application solution designed to assist managers and teams in planning, executing, and monitoring multiple projects across a portfolio in a coordinated manner from ideation to completion.

This solution should centralise the management of projects to facilitate the achievement of organisational objectives through structured resource management and considered benefits, risks, and contingencies. Additionally, it should have the capacity to aggregate and objectively report at portfolio level on multiple projects, providing an all-in-one, convenient solution.
