Description
Provide architectural consultancy services to manage repairs and upgrades to three buildings forming part of the Geraldton Heritage Precinct as follows:
- replace asbestos roofs and make safe verandahs on Victoria House, Campbell House and Crowley House and install a lift to provide universal access to the upper floors of these three buildings
- paving and ground drainage
- some internal upgrade works will also be included if funding permits.
