Description
The scope of works for this project involves refurbishment of various buildings at RAAF Base Wagga. Tasks include; internal and external painting (including the remarking of caution lines), installation of air conditioning and heating systems, ablutions refurbishment, roofing and roof plumbing as well as fall prevention systems to roof, removal of asbestos contaminated material, reconditioning of wall cracking (mortar and/or plaster), replacing of floor coverings (carpet and vinyl), refixing vinyl skirting, investigation of damp floor areas (patch and paint), replacement of switchboard gear and consumer mains cabling.
