Request Provision of Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) for Health Support Services

Collectively, the HR Management Information System (HRMIS) will provide the following

HR/Payroll System:

• Self Service portal – a single point of access to integrated information, knowledge and training materials, and access to the HRMIS enabling employee and manager self-service;
• Employee records management – creates and maintains information about employees;
• Position management – creates and maintains organisational structures and their units and positions;
• Payroll processing – calculates earnings and pay-related items for the workforce.

Rostering System:

• Rostering and workforce management – creates and maintains work schedules to track employee hours used to pay employees, including the temporary nursing placement services covered by NurseWest;
• Technology for identification and time capturing personnel attendance;
• Configuration of industrial instruments (awards), business rules and workflows to deliver the HR services.

System Integration Services:

• Integration with other systems. This includes integration in the system itself, with internal systems and with external systems such as the Australian Taxation Office’s (ATO) Single Touch Payroll (STP).
