Peel Health Campus, Transportable Buildings Supply & Install

South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) requires three (3) transportables to be manufactured and then transported to Peel Health Campus (PHC), Mandurah to be installed and connected to services (excluding electrical), including associated landscaping and access requirements.

There is also a 2-compartment toilet block to be transported from Naval Base and installed at the same time as the 3 transportables above.

The works comprise:

• Manufacture of three (3) new transportables as specified.
• There are 2 office buildings (12m x 3.6m) with kitchenette, lighting, power and data installation to suit office arrangement. The external door location is ‘handed’ differently for each.
• There is a single store transportable (6m x 3m) with lighting and minor power installation.
• All buildings are to be air-conditioned.
• Removal and transportation of three (3) transportables from the Contractor’s yard including all cranage, road permits, transport and installation at Peel Health Campus, Lakes Road, Mandurah
• Removal and transportation of a 2-compartment toilet block (UAT) from Naval Base, including, road permits, transport, cranage and installation at Peel Health Campus, Lakes Road, Mandurah.
• Installation of the four (4) transportables, including concrete work for footings and footpaths.
• Other paving and landscaping as specified.
• Commissioning of all services and access works to allow occupation, apart from those nominated in 1.3.2 EXTENT – WORK BY OTHERS.
