Review of Classification and Remuneration Levels of Senior Roles across the Public Sector

The Public Sector Commission (PSC) is seeking the services of a suitably experienced and nationally recognised contractor to provide independent advice and expertise, to work with the PSC and the Salaries and Allowances Tribunal, to:

1. conduct Senior Executive Service (SES) classification and work value assessments;

2. conduct SES market remuneration assessments; and

3. provide an SES remuneration advisory service, on an as required basis.
