Description
The Department of Education requires the rationalisation and modernisation of Oracle licences and associated support and maintenance subscriptions currently provided under the Department of Education’s contract ETP052/2003.
Transition to the revised licensing arrangements will include the following:
• Decommissioning of products that are no longer required;
• Updating of products that are approaching end of life or where later versions have additional features required by the Department;
• Transferring of current products that are required by the Department to the new arrangement; and
• Migration of licences from a non-standard licensing metric to a standard metric.
