ICT Services (Refresh 1) - Pre-qualified Standing Offer Arrangement

The Queensland Government is inviting Offers from ICT Industry suppliers seeking appointment to the ICT Services Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) panel. Offerors to the ICT Services Invitation No. ICTSS.13.03 Refresh 1 are required to demonstrate that they have the capacity and capability to provide high quality ICT services to the Queensland Government and other Eligible Customers as defined in the ICT Invitation. ICT services under the panel Arrangement will be categorised in accordance with the SFIA Framework version 5, with some slight variations (the SFIA version 5 framework can be downloaded by accessing the SFIA Foundation webpage at: http://www.sfia.org.uk/ and a summary is also provided in the ITO).

This is an "evergreen" SOA. As it has no end date, periodic refreshes are part of the SOA's planned manangement cycle, to fill any capabiliy shortfall. Refresh 1 is the first of these. Current SOA panel members do not need to reapply for Refresh 1 unless they wish to increase the number of ICT Services they are pre-qualified to supply under the SOA.

The tender will close at 2.00pm AEST on 29 October 2014. All questions or requests for clarification from potential Offerors must be submitted prior to 5.00pm AEST on 22 October 2014.
