Description
The Western Australia Police Force implemented an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) compliant contemporary (ServiceNow) Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Software as a Service Solution in June 2024. Following this, the WA Police Force implemented the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Standard Module within this solution, enabling the building of its project management capabilities. The WA Police Force has a requirement for a suitable supplier of ServiceNow ITSM licences. The licences will enable the ongoing use of the Solution and manage the WA Police Force’s ICT landscape, vendors and ITIL requirements.
