Description
Requires the services of an independent third party to undertake a two phase consultancy process in regards to price movements in the bus industry.
• Phase 1: Independently develop an indexation methodology to assess the changing costs of providing a bus service under the qconnect Regional Urban Bus Service contracts.
• Phase 2: Calculate the price movement annually over three years, using the methodology developed through phase 1.
