Recruitment Management Consulting Services - XINSW1399

INS will be responsible for recruitment manager services to run an EOI process for the Machinery of Government and organisational changes. Elizabeth Fletcher, Principal HR consultant will be conducting the services for Infrastructure NSW to from 25 June to 31 July 2019. INS will be responsible for 10 processes, 7 of which are straight forward and require RD comparison and assessment with recommendations. Three more are complex and will involve interviews and assignment under the S38, Government Sector Employment Act. INS will develop, and implement change management plans, support employees to engagae with, and apply for roles in, new structures, review and development organisational structures, facilitate placement strategies to implement new structures, develop and implement communication strategies, review, design and implement capability frameworks and policy development.
