Description
A project to be undertaken
Description of the goods and services to be provided
The Bradfield Development Authority has been issued with an Aboriginal Heritage Impact Permit (AHIP) that allows the Authority (or a suitably qualified entity) to disturb Aboriginal artefacts that have been identified as being within the confines of Bradfield City Centre (a 114.9ha site) so that they can be catalogued, retrieved, stored and collected by the Traditional Custodians of the area where Bradfield City Centre resides in. The Authority therefore requires a company with sufficient skills, knowledge and experience to undertake the removal and cataloguing of artefacts, consult with the Traditional Custodians in relation to these artefacts, store them for safekeeping until collection can be arranged, and a report prepared detailing the works undertaken. All of these are required as part of the issued AHIP and must be completed by 30 November 2024 to allow for the construction of infrastructure and utilities to commence.
