Description
The Public Transport Authority (PTA) is currently undertaking a review of the 2021 Rail Growth Plan (RGP) and the existing Network Concept Train Operating Plan (NCTOP) to inform the delivery and timing of critical investment to the urban rail network over the long-term. The consultant will be required to review and update the economic evaluation carried out in 2019. This will be undertaken in support of the NCTOP, and provide economic justification for the options produced by the NCTOP. The consultant will also undertake a review of the previous PTA rail planning and investment pathway analysis.
