Eidsvold State School - Multi-Purpose Court

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Multi Purpose Courts at Eidsvold SS, located at 7 Hodgkinson Street, Eidsvold QLD 4627, as part of the Schools Hall Program (SHP) program.

The scope of works includes the construction of a new covered multi purpose court and associated infrastructure. The position of the new court is adjacent to the oval on the western side of the school site.. All works are to be completed by 29 March 2024.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are
required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
