Description

Queensland Rail requires a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to overhaul 68 IMU100 SMU200 Air Conditioning units.

Scope of Work Requirements

The SOW consists of replacing most of the components as per below:

  • Replace compressors and various refrigeration components
  • The PLC and switching gear
  • Circuit breakers to address obsolescence of existing breakers and compliance with MD-10-125
  • Replace safety devices such as pressure transducers and heaters overtemperature switches
  • Replace heaters
  • Replace fans
  • Replace insulation on covers

If the Tenderer elects to submit a tender response, they must do so by using the Ariba Sourcing system.
