Fitout of Mt Ommaney Electorate Office

The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking proposals for the fitout of the Mt Ommaney Electorate Office located at 532 Seventeen Mile Rocks Road, Seventeen Mile Rocks.

The fitout specifically includes the provision of:

• an enclosed office for the Member of Parliament;
• a secure waiting room;
• a meeting room;
• open plan office spaces; and
• a storeroom.

Furniture suppliers are asked NOT to submit a propasal as the furniture package has already been determined.

This is a time critical project due to the current lease expiring 31 October 2019. The functional fitout must be completed on or before 23 October 2019.
