Provision of Civil Contractor - Carseldine Drain Excavation Works

You are invited to submit a lump sum tender to complete Carseldine Drain Excavation Works within the Fitzgibbon Chase Estate, Fitzgibbon Chase Priority Development Area (PDA)

The Carseldine drain sits to the north of Stage 8 and the south of Area G. Excavation works are required as part of the flood mitigation strategy for the project. General works include but are not limited to clearing of trees, stripping of topsoil, cut and fill of earthworks, topsoiling and seeding grassed areas and rock lining the drain. Works are required as per the attached plans prepared by Brown Consulting and are to be carried out in accordance with relevant government standards.
