Telephony Solution Consultant

The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking to engage a suitably qualified consultant to:

1. examine the current telephony solution,
2. identify technical/operational business needs,
3. identify suitable telephony options available,
4. make recommendations on the most suitable model that delivers the desired features and functionality, and
5. assist in preparing a detailed tender specification to be issued to the market, and
6. assist with assessing the tender responses.

It does not include managing the implementation of the successful solution.
