PAR25850 Industrial Sales Agent (Edinburgh and Edinburgh North Precinct)

Renewal SA is seeking an experienced and qualified Industrial Sales Agent to facilitate the sale and disposal of up to six (6) allotments located within the Edinburgh & Edinburgh North Precinct, located approximately 25km northeast of the Adelaide CBD.

The successful sales agent will be appointed on a sole agency basis to offer the allotments to the open market via the Industrial Sales Agent’s sales method. The agent will be responsible for:

• Identifying relevant local issues including value-adding opportunities where appropriate, coordinating pre-sale investigations and, where applicable, work with Renewal SA to achieve required outcomes.

• Developing the sales strategy for the site for approval by Renewal SA.

• On a sole agency basis, implementing the overall sales strategy including preparation of all marketing material, releasing the property to the market and managing and documenting all enquiries.

• Implementing all relevant processes to complete the adopted sale methodology.

• Input to the sales contract, encumbrance (as appropriate) and Form 1, which will be prepared by Renewal SA Legal advisors.

• Report to Renewal SA’s sales team or delegate, attend onsite and in person meetings, providing evidence of sales strategies, data updates, weekly report and further information as requested.

• Participate as required in negotiating contract terms and conditions.
