Description
The consultant is to develop two costed concept designs as alternatives to the refurbishment of the Fountains. The options to be developed are to incorporate:
· Demolition of the central reflection pool and retention of the ‘Wedding Cake Fountains’ (and pools) on either side with a new design proposal for the immediate precinct and in particular the area between the ‘Wedding Cake Fountains’.
· Complete demolition of all water features with a new design proposal for this area.
