Design Services Consultant for Project J0077 – Base Infrastructure Works for the Base Security Improvement Program

The Commonwealth is undertaking the Base Security Improvement Program (BSIP) and is seeking Registrations of Interest from suitable Applicants to design Base Infrastructure Works (BIW) for a number of Defence sites.

At the time of issuing this Invitation to Register (ITR) Interest, the Commonwealth envisages that the services will require designs for

(a) enhanced access control;
(b) enhanced base-wide alert functionality;
(c) improved visitor management;
(d) enhanced monitoring and surveillance;
(e) improved perimeter security; and
(f) enhanced personnel and vehicle control.
