Description

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling offers for the design and construction of the PAC Refurbishment located at Beenleigh SHS, located at 40 Alamein Street, Beenleigh, QLD, 4207, as part of the Smart School Subsidy (SSS) program.

The Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC System and categories for which the tender is invited.

The works comprise of refurbishment of the schools existing Multi Purpose Hall to create a new Performing Arts Centre with tiered seating, acoustic finishes and a performance stage. The existing hall is located on the edge of the school oval. All works are to be completed by Mid November 2025.
