Particulars
The Western Parkland City Authority (WPCA) plans to procure tenants and/or development partners for Buildings 2, 4 and 5 as well as Superlot 1 at Bradfield City Centre. Prior to engaging the market, the WPCA Board has requested to understand the potential financial parameters that the Authority could achieve with potential tenants and/ or development partners. These financial parameters will help inform the respective delivery strategy and commercial principles that will guide the Authority in its negotiations.
