Task Management Solution

Metro North Hospital and Health Service (MNHHS) is seeking an enterprise-grade, end-to-end turnkey Task Management System (Solution). MNHHS is looking for a supplier who can supply and implement a software-based system that supports process and resource allocation improvements in the management of porterage and cleaning tasks across the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital. The successful Solution may also potentially be implemented in other MNHHS sites including The Prince Charles Hospital, Redcliffe Hospital and Caboolture Hospital. In addition to software, the Solution may also include hardware such as communication devices.

MNHHS is looking for the Solution to deliver the following:

a)enabling pre booking of tasks

b)monitoring of the progress of tasks

c)allocation of the right person to complete the task

d)identification of trends in peak workflow

e)measurement of task times and reasons for delay

f)the status of each task and;

g)last known location of each operative.
