Fitout of Cook Electorate Office

Queensland Parliamentary Services is seeking proposals for the fitout of the Cook Electorate Office located at Suite 3 "Cairns Commonwealth Centre", 107 Lake Street, Cairns.

It includes the provision of:

• an enclosed office for the Member of Parliament;
• a secure waiting room;
• meeting room;
• open plan office spaces;
• kitchenette; and
• storeroom.

This is a time critical project due to the current lease expiry date of 31st October 2019. The office must be operational on or before Thursday 31st October 2019.

Furniture suppliers are asked NOT to submit a proposal as the furniture package has been determined.
