Principal Consultancy Services for the Concept Design Redevelopment of Urangan Marine Operations Base

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for Principal Consultancy Services for the Concept Design of the Urangan Marine Operations Base.

The scope for this consultancy includes provision of design services and preparation of site concept plans and documentation required to enable future advancement to detailed design and construction.

The concept design does not require internal layouts of buildings or workspaces. The concept design is to allow for the spatial requirements only.

Proposals and offers should be lodged by completing and supplying the following documents:

• Completion of MSQ22035_Section 4 Supplier Response
• Completion of MSQ22035_Form B Tender Response (please ensure the evaluation criteria have been addressed within Form B)
• Completion of MSQ22035_Short Form Consultancy Services – Offer Form
• Copies of current insurance certificates
• Copies of QBCC Licences
