Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake upgrades to the Drama Centre at John Curtin College of the Arts. The Work includes but is not limited to the refurbishing of the Drama Centre including painting walls to the theatre entry, dance room, dressing room, and corridors. with new roofing to the theatre entry, flooring to the dressing room and dance room. Works commence in Dec 2025/Jan 2026 holiday. Site mobilization to be done one week before the school close for the December holiday.
