The Department requires a suitably qualified Independent Competent Person (ICP) environmental consultant to supervise and monitor the remediation works in accordance with Work Health and Safety (General) Regulations (2022) (WHS 2022) and Department of Health (DoH) Guidelines for the Assessment, Remediation and Management of Asbestos Contaminated Sites in Western Australia (2021).
