Corporate Enterprise Project Management (EPM) Solution

The PTA currently plans, manages and reports on projects individually. The PTA has acknowledged an opportunity to improve visibility and tracking across projects, programs, including PTA portfolios to monitor their fit with corporate priorities. An Enterprise Project Management (EPM) solution will create a central repository and provide the ability to capture and manage both PTA capital and operational projects and allow for the aggregation of critical information for executive and senior management review, and to automate reporting.

An EPM solution is sought to support the Division’s Project Management Framework (PMF), and the management of programs and projects of the branch and other PTA divisions. An EPM solution will capture all the required information of the PMF, therefore becoming an enabler of the PMF.
