Description

The purpose of the project is to undertake the 2013-14 annual client satisfaction survey (with the Department retaining the option of extending the contract for the 2014-15 and 2015-16 surveys)of clients who have utilised A&EP services provided by SWEP and Yooralla.

The survey aims to identify the aggregate percentage of satisfaction as to whether the aid or equipment:

·has met the client’s individual clinical and functional needs

·has assisted the client to remain in the community and/or enhanced their independent functioning in the community

·was provided in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
