Government Rental Housing - Property Management Mount Gambier and surrounding areas

Interest is sought from experienced residential property managers to provide tenancy management services including residential tenancies inspections (occupancy and vacancy), key management, letting to private tenants (as required) and arranging of cleaning and gardening services to approximately 110 properties. Registrants will need to have a local 'shop front' facility accessible during normal working hours. Registrants who satisfy the criteria will be invited to tender a price based submission.
