Kruger State School - Amenities Refurbishment (Eligible PQC Contractors Level 2)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of the existing Middle Amenities Block at Kruger State School, located at 170 Kruger Parade, Bellbird Park QLD 4300, as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.

The scope comprises of the refurbishment of the existing Middle Amenities Block including demolition of the internal walls and roof to create a more efficient layout with improved visibility, passive supervision and ventilation. The work involves significant structural changes in addition to construction of new external and internal walls, new roofing works, installation of new floor finishes, cubicles, painting, fixtures and associated hydraulic and electrical works. All works are to be completed by March 2025.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC Level 2 and a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.
