Bowden Precinct Construction Management Services (PAR17749)

Renewal SA is seeking consultancy services with experience in precinct wide construction management coordination to work with the Renewal SA team to develop a flexible strategy to manage site construction activities effectively, safely and minimise disruption. The objective of this strategy is to establish:

• A proactive approach to construction governance;
• Clearly define contractor responsibilities,
• Recommend approach for Charles Sturt to adopt to manage temporary road and footpath permit closures and site oversight, including fee structures and approaches to manage the protection of existing assets with reasonable cost recovery.
• Provide a precinct wide view to construction site management planning, to identify a coordinated solution that meets the needs of the precinct over any one individual site,

Ensuring the precinct's delivery is optimised for productivity while prioritising the safety of the community and workers, protecting public assets, and minimising disruptions to residents, workers, and visitors within the precinct
