ATO - General Contractor Hire Services

The Tax Office intends to establish a Panel of Service Providers for the delivery of General Contractor (Non IT) services nationally covering an extensive range of categories on an 'as required' basis. Depending on the requirements of the Tax Office, the services may be required to be delivered on a local, regional and/or national level.

The Service Providers must provide, as and when required by the Commonwealth, the Services specified in an Official Order through the resulting Deed of Standing Offer.

The Tax Office requires Service Providers with proven experience in supplying contractors capable of undertaking work in broad administrative and/or specialised roles. All contractors provided under these arrangements must remain at all times employees or subcontractors of the successful Service Providers.
