Provision of Canteen Supplies for WA Prisons and Detention Centre (Refresh One)

Western Australian Prisons and Detention Centres (Department of Corrective Services [DCS]) currently have a Panel Arrangement in place for the provision of canteen supplies, DSC0272012. The Head Agreement constitutes a standing offer, whereby Customers can place Orders on an ‘as required’ basis during the Term.

The Panel Arrangement is mandatory for the following Perth metropolitan prisons and Detention Centre:

• Bandyup;
• Banksia Hill;
• Boronia;
• Casuarina;
• Hakea;
• Karnet; and
• Wooroloo.

Under this Request DSC0272012A, the Contract Authority is seeking to supplement the existing Panel Arrangement with new suppliers under the existing categories.

There will be no other changes to the structure and/or reporting requirements of the current Panel Arrangement, which operates as a Panel of Suppliers.
